Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier. If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.
